Shipping & Returns

We thank you for your purchase and hope that your shopping experience was pleasurable. There can be no returns or exchanges of adult pleasure products or items that are intended to be worn over the genital areas due to health laws. Just like swim suits and bikinis. It is your responsibility to review the item before authorizing the sale.

For all other items, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchased items, you may return it to us for store credit. All returns must be postmarked within (7) days of the purchase date. All components must be in new and unused condition including the item's packaging. We do not pay shipping on these exchanges.

To return an item, please email us at info@mysexfairy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once your request for return has been approved, please place the item and the RMA form in it's original packaging and ship to the address provided via the RMA. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. It is highly recommended that you obtain tracking information for your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your return for the return to be processed. We will notify you via email.

Sale items, adult pleasure products and lingerie/intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
